'We set ourselves the ambitious task of planning a wedding on Waiheke Island remotely from Tokyo, with at least half our guests traveling internationally.  We knew that we would need help and after a bit of research and a friendly video interview with Danielle, we were confident we'd found the right person for us.

Danielle quickly impressed us with the command she has over the planning timeline and how quickly organized she was. We swiftly worked through priority items together and found ourselves with plenty of time to contemplate smaller details we wanted to add.

Before long, we had our venue and virtually all of the major suppliers locked down for our preferred date. This made us feel at ease and confident that we were on top of things. Furthermore, Danielle happily answered all of our questions and stayed in regular contact with us. She always made herself available for our video chats despite the difficult time difference and our busy schedules. Our emails/discussions were always constructive and Danielle was quick to follow up on matters we discussed.

The wedding design concepts Danielle generated based on our preferences were exceptional. Her knowledge of seasonal flowers, local florist capabilities, and creative utilization of those flowers in her designs was outstanding.

We were also very impressed with her proactive management of the vendors. it was reassuring knowing she was on top of all the local vendors and was staying in close communication with the venue staff. Throughout the entire process, we did not deal directly with a single vendor which is exactly what we wanted - Danielle and her team took care of everything. This freed us up to focus our attention on ourselves, our families, and our guests.

On the day of the wedding, Danielle was unsurprisingly on top of all the moving pieces and schedules. We made contingency plans quickly and decisively on the day (due to strong winds). Upon finally making it to the reception, Danielle was invisible, supporting in the background to ensure our MC was on top of proceedings, our band was on top of their cues, and that we had running updates on our bar tab all night.
