With an in-depth process that begins with a meeting to discuss your inspirations, dreams and wishes, we encourage our clients to think beyond standard wedding centerpieces, but to consider a bespoke colour palette, style boards, lighting effects, paper suites and textures all the way to tabletop styling, unique ceiling installations and creative backdrops.

FULL PLANNING + DESIGN
Entirely bespoke, our fully personalised service encompasses all aspects of the O!SS experience including overall design concept and execution, design proposal (with full-colour palette), focus areas and all other elements. We provide trusted supplier recommendations while managing all bookings and meetings, full logistics and vendor management, personal assistance, a tailored timeline and wedding sheet, rehearsal coordination and presence throughout the wedding day.

As a couple, you can be as involved as you’d like in the planning process and enjoy the journey fully. There’s no late-night researching or going back and forth with which vendors to use as we know the best and have worked with them many times before.
This is a premium level of service which ensures that we will be with you every step of the way handling all of the fine details and logistics. This means you get to join in for all of the fun, meaningful decisions and aren’t bogged down by countless vendor emails. In addition, we act as your buffer when it comes to family concerns (yes, it will happen) always being there to advise and guide you on the best options to create a wedding experience like no other for you and your guests.
PARTIAL PLANNING + DESIGN
Our partial planning service encompasses all design-related aspects of the wedding, as well as full day execution. Working together, we create the perfect aesthetic which will encompass all design features surrounding your ceremony and reception, showcased through an overall design concept. We concentrate on the styling and management of the creative vendors, which usually includes your stationary, florals, rentals (both tabletop and furniture), linens, lighting, cake and any other design related requirements.
In addition to the design, this service includes full wedding day management, including the creation of a tailored timeline.
Four weeks before the wedding, we ask that you hand over any vendors you have booked outside of the suppliers we are managing, for us to liaise with.
On the wedding day, we are present during set-up and will oversee the ceremony. We are then visible and accessible during the canapes and in the background during the reception until the cutting of the cake. This allows your MC the freedom to do what you’ve asked of them, but the confidence that there is someone available to help out if needed.
WEDDING STYLING
Our wedding styling service is where we focus on the design-related aspects surrounding your ceremony and reception, as showcased through an overall design concept. We work closely with you to create a bespoke wedding design that will have your guests seeing you the moment they walk into your venue. We usually begin this with a style meeting that is approx 90 minutes and can be held at your chosen venue.
We will then bring our design forward and liaise on your behalf, via email, with all relevant styling vendors. These elements would be your stationary, florals, rentals, linens, lighting, cake and any other design vendors. We also liaise with the venue around design allowances and permissions, to ensure that our vision can be brought to life. Managing all these vendors ensures that the overall concept is met and seen throughout the wedding.
Four weeks before the wedding we have our final consultation, to confirm numbers and to make certain that all the details have come together effortlessly.
On your event day, we will be present to oversee the setup and creation of our combined vision with flawless execution of every conceivable item.
